What is Saltofit?Saltofit is a revolutionary fitness training method offering high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on rebounders. Our classes are designed to be low-impact, joint-friendly, and highly effective for fat burning, toning, and overall fitness.

Who can join Saltofit classes?Saltofit classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Participants must be aged 14 or older.

Do I need to sign a waiver before attending a class?Yes, all participants are required to sign a waiver before attending classes. The waiver is sent to your email upon your first booking.

What should I wear to class?Wear comfortable, breathable activewear. Supportive sneakers are optional. Bear feet on the rebounder are also OK.

Can I join if I have a medical condition, injury, or if I’m pregnant?Yes, but please consult your healthcare provider before participating. Inform your instructor about any conditions so they can guide you appropriately

What do I need to bring with me?Comfortable training clothes, a towel, a water bottle for hydration. If you have resistance bands, bring them along, if you do not have bands, you are more than welcome to borrow one of ours.

What is a rebounder?A rebounder is a mini trampoline designed for fitness. It provides a low-impact workout that is gentle on joints while delivering excellent results.

Can I buy a rebounder from Saltofit?Yes, we sell rebounders and accessories. You can purchase them via our website when in stock or in-person from our studio.

What is your return policy for products?Products can be returned or exchanged if they are undamaged and unused. To return a product, contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Do your products come with a warranty?We offer a 12-month warranty on rebounder frames, mats, handlebars, and handlebar holders. Bungees and therabands are covered for 3 months.

What types of passes do you offer?We offer the following passes: Trial pass: 2 for 1 class Valid for 1 month 12-class pack: Valid for 12 months 8-class pack: Valid for 6 months 4-class pack: Valid for 4 months Casual pass: Valid for 3 months

Can I freeze or transfer my pass?Yes, passes can be frozen or transferred. Requests must be made in writing to info@saltofit.com.

Are trial passes refundable or transferable?Yes, trial passes are refundable and transferable if done within the valid period.

How do I book a class?You can book classes via our website, the Wix booking app, or through ClassPass. Simply select your preferred class and follow the booking instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and payments through secure online platforms integrated with our booking system as well as cash payments on site.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?Yes, refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 2 hours before the class. No refunds are provided for no-shows.

Can I join Saltofit classes online?We currently offer live online classes and on-demand recordings. These are accessible via our closed Facebook group on subscription only.

How do I access online classes?Send an email enquiry to info@saltofit requesting online access. After registration, you’ll receive an invitation to the private Facebook group. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a suitable workout space.

Is Saltofit safe for beginners?Absolutely! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Instructors provide modifications to the moves to suit individual needs.

What measures do you take to ensure safety during classes?We prioritise safety by using high-quality rebounders and ensuring proper instruction. Participants are encouraged to inform instructors of any health concerns before class. We check every rebounder before every class.

Do you run any promotions?Yes! For example, during Best Friend February (BFF), you can bring a friend, and they’ll receive 20% off their trial pass. You’ll also receive a bonus class added to your pass pack. Look out on our website or Instagram for current promotions!
