The Science Behind It

SaltoFit was born from science, not trends.

Co-founded by Maria Gutierrez a clinical embryologist with over 25 years of experience in human physiology and women's health and her sister Dora a PT with over 10 years expereince. SaltoFit is built on a deep understanding of how the female body moves, recovers, and transforms.

Our proprietary method uses a 3-minute on / 1-minute off interval structure, embedded in purpose-designed music, to push every energy system without overwhelming the body. The result? A workout that is as intelligent as it is exhilarating.

The Method

To keep you progressing without the overwhelm, our classes run on 12-week rotations — same choreography, deeper mastery. Week after week you'll push your own limits, track your own progress, and feel the difference in your body and your mind.
