About SaltoFit
SaltoFit is Sydney's original boutique rebounding fitness brand, delivering high-energy, low-impact 30-minute workouts that combine HIIT, rhythm, and community.
We're launching at World Gym Penrith and looking for exceptional instructors to join our founding team.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
As part of our founding Penrith team, you'll help build the studio culture and community from day one.
Your SaltoFit Instructor Certification (valued at $600) will be fully funded.
Our exclusive certification teaches our proprietary rebound method, class delivery, member engagement, and SaltoFit culture.
What We're Looking For
Instructors who are energetic, confident, and love helping people feel strong and capable.
Requirements:

Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)

Group fitness teaching experience

Strong fitness and communication skills
-
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Current ABN (or willingness to obtain)

Based in or near Penrith
Highly Regarded:
-
HIIT or dance fitness experience
-
Rebounding experience
-
Personal training or performing arts background
